Despite what anti-davers say he's the best wrestling journalist in the world and in a court of law facts and objective evidence is used. Not internet memes and wrestling promos or Russo/Bischoff/Prichard lies. Judges also usually impose severe penalties on meritless anti 1A lawsuits. Especially in California where they have anti-slapp laws.

Dave has inside sources and looks up information through FIOA requests. The wrestling people get mad and say since he "didn't hear it from the very person himself" or try to act like state and federal records of numbers/taxes paid/etc isn't "knowing the whole story". That would get a WWE lawsuit dismissed and them cutting Dave a check for a few million.
