>>18695160i wouldnt put randy orton in a singles match longer than 8 minutes for a start. i would keep him pretty low on the card until he got decent at it, have him tag with and against more experienced wrestlers. i would book more tag matches in general to have the younger wrestlers in the ring with the more experienced guys. only green guys getting anywhere near the upper card would be legit shooters/wrestlers or insane physical freaks like lesnar
triple h is fine if hes in a match on every show but not if hes also doing a 15 minute promo on top of that ever week
other than that i would plunder the shit out of the indies. i would put joe in the midcard and see how far he could go, he was 25 in 2004 and pretty much ready for the big time.
i would hire indy guys who could go in the ring to work lower card matches and just have more matches in general. guys who perform well will be allowed to brush shoulders with the stars in lower stakes matches, especially younger wrestlers who could be potential future main eventers.
