He's improving the pay and wages of wrestlers. World Weinstien Advertising are so fucking cheap they keep cutting benefits and perks for the talent. They keep bragging about record gates and profits, but ONLY pass those gains to the stock investors.
The wrestlers gets shit, and if someone gets signed to a big money contract. You already know talent gets stressed about it knowing there will be inevitable future endeavors to make up for the cost, while charging the fans $70k for wrestlemania tickets!
