I wouldn't be surprised if he tried to use that to parlay his current position in the company but if I'm not mistaken, wouldn't the company be notified if the shares had been sold and to who? I'm not a stocks or business guy so I don't know, but that sounds like something that would happen.

It's a privately traded company so the ownership wouldn't be known unless there was some lawsuit where a cameraman got heemed by Jon Moxley and then the ownership group asked for a change of venue and the judge ordered them to reveal it in order to grant the venue change.

Absolutely not. Even before Cody left Tony kept saying he got the idea to start AEW after seeing Kenny vs. Jericho at WK. Then he said he saw an oppurtunity when Jericho, Kenny, Punk, and the Young Bucks were free agents. He never mentioned Cody.

Jericho said he was offered an EVP position too buy declined it since he had no interest in management, but Jericho is 100% the godfather of AEW. He’s the only wrestler people at Warner recognized when they got their deal.
