Its kinda like a half-way between nylon pantyhose and fishnets, but not quite fully either one. I also don't understand why they wear it. Maybe it is because it provides some support to their flabby derrieres and keeps the cellulite in check or something? There must be some reason for it but I honestly don't know what that reason is. But you do see lots of women wrestlers wearing that, in conjunction with those "shorts" which are actually more like flimsy panties. These ladies may as well be wrestling in their literal underwear for how revealing these "shorts" are.
