Wouldn't it be better for weekly TV if they didn't pre-announce matches for the suspense factor and ability to make "Live" Booking decisions for that night in the ring/during promos, etc.? I didn't have internet during the Monday Night Wars but everything seemed more spontaneous then absent the PPV announcements which everyone watching could see being developed all along.

He's a fucking idiot and cant come up with segments or matches on the fly like WWF era where someone would cut a promo and you'd have the main event later after the promo
