Tony shouldn't be the hype man, he's terrible with public relations. He shouldn't book the venues or handle the advertising because he's woefully incompetent at promotion. And he shouldn't book the show, obviously. He also shouldn't sell t-shirts at the merch table because he's bad at math, bad with money and he scares children. He shouldnt hire the talent because hes is a terrible talent evaluator and he also makes women uncomfortable.
