What reason did he ever have to be mad at punk? it was a bit of both I'd say, phil is an insufferable retard who wanted all his "friends" to also leave wwe after he did and if they didn't they were no friends of his and he cut them out completely and started shitting on the company. Seff had a problem with that because he really looked up to punk and thought they were friends.
