It all started when Hangman was first getting his main event run, not the title shot but being elevated into the run that would eventually win the title. At the time, Christian wasn't anywhere near Hangman on the card. They weren't competing, they had never been in the ring together even for a tag match, when peepjeet started his Hangman posting. And he would always talk about how it should be Christian pushing for the title instead, hence the name.
He singled out Hangman. You'll notice he's not an e-drone console warrior because he has to support AEW at least half-heartedly thanks to being a huge Christian mark, so he focused on Hangman with his hate in particular which makes him stand out from the herd of other shitposters.
