He just liked wearing dresses. That was it. It wasn't really some LGBT shit. It had nothing to do with his sexuality, and I don't recall it ever being suggested that he was either gay/bi or trans
He never wore a wig or any noticeable makeup as far as I can remember
He was just a regular-looking, ass-kicking big dude, who preferred to wear dresses
I wish he got more mileage out of the gimmick while he was in WWE
