Pre-injury Shawn has been my body goal for years and years. I'm natty though and a naturally skinny guy and will probably never reach the 200lb mark so I never reached his size but I look good for my frame anyway.

Then you arent using them right. High weights, low reps for size, lower weights, more reps for lean muscle. Also diet and actual sleep is a huge factor and who the fuck is getting 8 full hours in this hellscape of a world
