As a 2000s SmackDownChad, I have to say Shawn Michaels was at his performative peak in the 2000s and one of the best things about RAW. He could carry anyone to a good match.

If you consider overall talent, in ring, on the mic, natural charisma, athleticism, ability to put on a captivating match, Shawn might very well be the GOAT. He definitely could make anyone look like a million bucks, as well.
