Scott D'Amore was TNA's booker before Delirious, and he worked backstage for years before finally being made booker. Supposedly Will Washington books Collision while Tony Khan oversees Dynamite.
Just because the only bookers you can think of are Triple H and Tony Khan doesn't mean there aren't bookers who are also involved at the ownership level.
