>Vince praises Stevie in front of the entire locker room and tells all the guys that they should work like him >Stevie sees that he's booked to job in 3 minutes to Ken Kennedy and goes to ask Vince if he can do more, what can he do to get to the next level >Vince hears him out and says he wants Stevie to be more of an asshole, to cut throats, he wants to see that ruthless aggression in him >"Oh gee, Vince, I don't have that in me, I just want to show up to work, do my job and get paid, I don't want to be a world champion" Is there any question for why this geek never made it in the wrestling business? Instead of telling Vince fuck yeah, let's make a ton of money, he just admits he wants to be a jobber his entire career. He failed the test.

Stevie is one of these whiney opinionated guys that just rubs people the wrong way. You can see it clearly on his videos. With every single clip I watch I can see clearly why he's disliked by the boys, can see why management never liked him, why the veterans didn't like him and why both marks and smarks agree that he was never good. If you get to the end of your career and the highlight is being the Janetty of the Blue Meanie I think, genuinely, you've had a piss poor career and really shouldn't be trying to dish out advice. He's basically Maven except Maven has self awareness and a humour about himself and his career.

I agree with the rest but this is just plain wrong, maven was in wwe for less than 4 years as a contest winner, stevie had a much longer career across all major american companies yes he was a jobber nobody but he has infinitely more stories to tell than maven

>>18887143 It's not about the stories, it's about the personality and delivery. He's Maven without charisma.
