It's just a concentration thing. Normally, the same amount of white people and black people both come through NXT and get fired. But now black people aren't getting called up but also aren't getting fired.

I find it interesting that jewish involvement in pro wrestling results in an influx of black talent, none of which are being called up or utilized on the main roster and instead being used as leverage for an eventual buy out. I think WWE might actually be racist.
