Yes, but I doubt any modern wrestler can pull it off since it's a 100% promo/character gimmick.
Ricochet has the best chance because he actually looks like Tate, but unfortunately he can't promo for shit and gets worked way too easily on twitter.
Kross is just shit, he could yap for 3 hours straight and at no point would anyone give a fuck. Bro just has negative charisma.
