because bischoff was put in a job position he had no skills for. he couldnt book or come up with any decent angles if his life depended on it. he was the dude that had a hand in fucking up the hogan vs sting match/finish. its like he tried to think of the worst possible finishes to these matches possible

I honestly believe that Bischoff started to panic over the fact that Raw was catching up to Nitro, and eventually started beating them in the ratings in 1998. Why else would be bring in Warrior and book the poorly received Scott Hall alcoholism angle?

WCW PPVs were always terrible. Bischoff always did the same thing Russo did later, especially in 99, where PPVs weren't the culmination of anything, but just longer Nitros and Raws. It's the same shit Tony does now where nothing has a resolution and everyone has to get their heat back or start a new angle or swerve on the same show

He absolutely destroyed TNA in 2010. They were on solid ground prior to that and breaking even financially. Tardcihoff convinced them to go on the road, which destroyed them financially and filled up the shows with shitters like Val Venis and aces and eights.
