The real answer is Sami Zayn and you know it. He can put on a great match, he can cut a passionate promo (too yelly and gay tho) but his current hobo look is disgusting. He isn't out of shape fat like Eddie Kingston so he isn't worse than a 2/5

Ever since the dude cut his hair I've always thought he's looked like a geek. The fact that he's in shape gets him a 2/5 but he's not some physical specimen or heartthrob that would bump you up above a three.
The only thing I'm really wondering about is he actually a 3 for a promo or a 2. He never cuts anything truly special but I don't think I ever see him just bomb anything. He cuts the promo he's been given to do. If it sucks it's almost entirely the material itself. If it doesn't, he'll get you the reaction you were looking for.
