But what we do see are guys like Carder and Road Dogg getting involved in creative. So I think it's just as likely that Paul is losing it and bringing in more retards. Even when WWE was white hot, he was still making retarded decisions, after all.
Maybe he just needs to rotate the book, like they did in Memphis. Get Shawn and some of the NXT creative brain trust up there for a while. Couldn't hurt.
