This is a really well worked move with Iyo taking most of the blow on her arms before her head hit the ring apron, still must've fucking hurt though. The Fletcher/Cole one from AEW is legit fucked because Fletcher just slams Adam's head through it and to the floor with a powerbomb, glad it got that shitter out of the sport though.
