The art of it lies between making it look real and making it look not fake, it is to do lots of complex and coordinated movements that would never occur in a real fight and make it look not real but not exceedingly cooperative.
Ospreay matches are just exercises in "look at all the athletic things I can do" without bothering to not insult the viewer's intelligence by making it look like even a fascimile of a fight. It's all choreographed, exceedingly coordinated ADHD wrestling for dopamine-fried retards.
If you go back and watch some old Jr. stuff or lucha stuff or even the DG stuff that modern main event American wrestling seems like it's based on they don't fall for the trappings of excess nearly as much as guys like Ospreay. They keep everything more tight and execution, they found the tightrope and walked it.
