If you're looking for "bangers" you're better off sticking with Stardom. Not at all trying to discourage you from watching, but it's different from other promotions. The top matches are usually very good, but the midcard and openers often lean into comedy with less experienced talent. There aren't any heels or any real storylines per se, it's just cute girls having fun wrestling matches. There is some backstory and lore that can enhance matches, but it's definitely not required to enjoy the shows. You can just pick a waifu and hop right in.
Again, not trying to discourage you from watching, I just like to tell people what it's about before they hop in. It's not for everyone. If you're familiar with DDT, it's their sister promotion, so that should give you some idea of what it's like.
A big draw of the promotion is the idol group Up Up Girls. They are all wrestlers and so a live performance before each show.
