I do not appreciate that she has no grappling background but she tries to pass herself off as a shoot fighter unfortunately I would have to (mildly) punish her for that
Of course me being a Bjj purple belt and benching 375, I would easily submit her
I wouldn’t even have to use my strength
I would use this as a teaching opportunity to help her incorporate BJJ techniques into her work
Overall this would be a win win scenario
