If you're looking for any origin of that style it happened in Reseda. You had ROH and TNA pushing things forward and that style kind of melded into what was going on in PWG. Then it morphed into something when Kenny and the Bucks and Ricochet and Ospreay all took it to NJPW. Then they started their own company and the gloves came off. With AEW they just jerk each other off with no one there to step in and reel any of it in or say otherwise
