Andrade breached the 90 no compete clause and it seems WWE is opting to enforce the penalty for it which extends it to one year. He can find other work but he can't wrestle on tv for AEW or anything

That's that part. He wasn't no longer working for them. What do you think a 90 day no compete clause is? It's part of a contract he signed and agreed to. Completely by choice mind you. He was booked and being used plenty well in AEW but he decided he wanted to leave there so he did the same shit and caused a bunch of trouble to try and get out of his contract. Eventually he left and went back to WWE. Tried the same there but fucked around and found out that WWE isn't Tony's toybox and if you violate terms of a contract you signed the penalties are damn sure going to be there. No one should be making this retard out to be a victim
