You need some context to understand the whole "shut up juice" thing. At the time in WCW, Juventud Guerrera was calling himself Juvi Juice and using a lot of Rock's schtick in his promos. So in retaliation Rock started using "shut up juice". He would be talking to someone, or cutting a promo, and then say, "You need to drink a tall glass of..." then turn and look right at the camera and finish, "Shut up, Juice!"
The man was literally cutting promos on a guy in a different promotion.
