>>19110939Let me just ask you and all other detractors once again, I know its bad form to answer a question with a question but bare with me:
Do you sign continuations to your contract without having any developmental discussions with your management?
Do you just put your name on paper where the other party has umpteen ways to fire and let you go before the ink has even dried up without knowing what is expected of you for the contract period?
Do you just sign up to jobs without knowing if your household income would drop to half because it would possibly leave your wife unemployed also significantly changing your personal life and dynamic without a chance to discuss it with your better half?
If the answer is yes to any, you are dumber than Kross. The first question should glue you in that you are working a dead end job for someone's amusement or power game rather than mutual benefit, second one should clue you in that you aren't getting any significant financial security whether you sign or not, and the third one would ensure you are trapped into the contract and make things harder for your personal life.
If you don't recognize that signing blindly is the KWAB move, you are hopeless
