When there were still cruiserweight/light heavyweight divisions they should have had someone do a sizebully gimmick where even though they're 240+ they cut down to the 205 limit so they can beat the smaller guys. Weight cutting has always been a part of amateur wrestling and in the UFC after the open weight days and it would be a good way to build up the face who finally goes over him.
