110g (4 oz) fatty pork shoulder, roughly chopped
110g (4 oz) pig's liver, roughly chopped
250g (8oz) fatty belly pork, roughly chopped
110g (4 oz) bacon scraps
110g (4 oz) bread crumbs
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon mace
1 teaspoon allspice
2 tablespoon chopped parsley
2 sage leaves, finely chopped
1 small red chilli, de-seeded and finely chopped
Salt and Pepper
Caul fat* or streaky bacon
Optional Ingredients for the full Jimmy Ocean experience:
per faggot - 70mg of pure heroin (25mg if cut with fentanyl) or 75mg methamphetamine
Step 1: Mince your meats into a paste
Step 2: Add in your breadcrumbs, onion and spices. (add in your drugs here if desired)
Step 3: Shape into 8 evenly sized balls
Step 4: Wrap with caul fat or streaky bacon
Step 5: Place the faggots onto a baking sheet and bake in the hot oven for 50 - 60 minutes. Once cooked, remove from the oven and serve immediately.
