WWE pay is low because you make your money on your bookings. The royalties and gate percentage and shit like that is how you get paid, the guaranteed shit is just for the contract. I remember Brock getting big money compared to others the same as UFC but he gets big guarantees and forgoes a lot of other bonuses because he doesn't want to deal with the taxes and shit.
