Played the console version for a few years and tried the new one with a controller on my laptop for an hour or so and it felt decent. The match engine didn't look paticularly impressive though. I don't think it looked any different to what I saw on console. I'll probably check it out on console with game pass for a month and move back to my laptop after a few updates
