Crowds don't magically know when the shows are going to be good. In order to attract the crowds you have to put on good shows and put them on on a regular basis.
It takes time to establish a company. You don't just start drawing out of nowhere because you have a few names - not everyone starts off with WWE/AEW levels of word of mouth.
