At the time when it was posted in Hogantranny's thread it was funny and got a lot of replies because it derailed his usual "Chudster's burning in hell" spam, but after the thread died everyone just moved on and Hogan was still generally considered a KWABOTY candidate (even if he was unlikely to win compared to guys like Tony, Punk, etc.)
But every time the screencap of the Commish's ruling gets posted in a Hogantranny thread, he starts seething like hell and samefagging with salty discrediting posts like "b-but he's just a tripfag!" and "all those replies are samefagged and on post cooldown!" (the irony of him of all people trying to call out samefagging, lmao)
Hogantranny clearly can't stand the Commish's ruling, and that's the main reason why the board is enforcing it more strongly now
He's gonna be mad as hell in December when he sees Hogan's not even on the ballot
