Black was too old the first time he went to WWE. That's why he was given a faction, because his entire job was to get Killian Dain + Friends over but Dain went nowhere. The most successful member was the chick and only after she quit the group.

There was no proof of any kvetching besides a bad back and people making up rumors lmao. They did the same shit with the cage match where meltzer seethed that it was changed to an escape the cage match instead of pin eliminations because he said Malakai and Buddy didn’t want to do the job. That’s part of the reason people think Brody is good. Hes not a wwe guy so that makes him cooler.
Also yeah meltzer said Buddy didn’t do jobs. lol

They never even seemed to give him a chance. I don't watch NXT but I remember him in that war games match and he was pretty impressive in that match. But this is a company that doesn't like hairy big fat men like that so he only had so much of a ceiling.
