Gaytch is one of the all-time worst bookers when it comes to titles. Pretty much every reign has to hit 180 days before he will even think about a title change which means you get title feuds that drag for 3-6 months which just makes it all boring. Hot potatoing isn't a bad thing if you do it in moderation. Austin's longest reign as a face was 90 days. Rock never made it 45 days as a champ when he was a face. So gaytch not having CAWdy drop it anywhere but WM is dumb. It's how you start the lolwins meme for guys and people get sick of them
