"All wrestling is bad" is an old edrone tactic when they can no longer defend their slop. They try to convince people it all sucks to try to deflect from WWE. AEW has been based as fuck for at least a year and a half after they started regaining their identity and stopped trying to appeal to the casuals. WWE has been shit for just as long. The pendulum has truly swung.

AEW has been pretty boring week-to-week but the show quality is a lot better and more consistent than it was in 2023-2024. It's just full of rematches and samey shit. If the ratings are still in freefall it's probably because of that, the shows aren't a trainwreck like they were during the MJF Devil days
