shinsuke is old and way past his prime (though he said he still wants to be WHC and that is still a goal of his, he isn't content to just job)
tozawa is realistically not getting a push unless they bring the cruiserweight title back, though he is somewhat over and can work and speaks good english - imo he and otis should've had a tag run by now
there's no reason why HBK hasn't pushed dante chen yet, i'm actually stumped on this one
