You make assertions that Democrats are bad, I show evidence that Republicans have historically been worse, then you assert (without any proof) that Democrats are just as bad and if I don't prove that then it's just evidence I'm arguing in bad faith (because both sides bad - nevermind you haven't bothered to prove that) and the evidence I presented can just be ignored.
Classic begging of the question. You're assuming what you're supposed to prove. The best part is you get to say both sides bad but Democrats actually worse because they appear better.
