They sent a message back yesterday assuring me that it would be shipped today, but the USPS tracking still says that a label has been printed but it has yet to be scanned in their system. It's possible that it was dropped off after hours and given that it's a Saturday hasn't been scanned yet, but given my experience with them, I have doubts.
I could very easily get a refund through Whatnot at this point, but everything I ordered is either a one-off personalized piece, or limited edition that I'll likely never find again, including a shikishi board that Maki did some doodles on for me live on stream, an out of print MDK shirt, and a shirt that Maki produced for this most recent US tour that was only available from her in-person at her merch table.
It's impossible to overstate my frustration at this point. If Brett or anyone from the company is reading this, please just drop the box off at the post office. If there's something wrong with the order and you're trying to cover yourself, please stop giving me the run around and let me know.
