The clique mentality in AEW is destructive. promising talent go in, for a job of course, because what better way to introduce a new name, ends up stranded at the airport,get told last minute that oh yeah we need you next week too, won't pay for another ticket before that. Then they laboriously make their way to the (empty) arena and notice that none of the people they're about to job to have to go through any of that shit, half of them have their little personal rooms and writer teams and whatnot, and oh yeah, there's no fucking people in the audience
