The Texas shows showed what even halfway competent marketing could do for them because the wrestlers have a lot of personality and stand out, are easy to meet and interact with, there's not a lot of storyline shit you need to follow and it's not focused on moves mark shit the wrestlers can't really do. It's a pretty accessible thing for wrestlig casuals and newbies.
But CyberFight has some of the worst, most incompetent marketing I've ever seen. DDT got really lucky that Takechi brought in the women and they liked the other good looking guys enough to stick around.
