In what world was Gaytch even a "good" promo guy? Because he can talk loudly without getting stage anxiety? He took 30 minutes to get to the point and dragged shit out for no reason. He rarely said anything worth hearing.
It's the promo version of saying someone is a good in-ring wrestler because they have long matches and do lots of finishers and kickouts, and he was guilty of that too. Just a lot of empty wasted airtime.

Surprisingly his match with Tajiri in Japan was excellent for a trad rules match. Something about that lil Jap brought out the best of Hunter.
