Alvarez's whole act is painfully transparent. No shit Je'Von is going to be a big deal for WWE. They've already made it clear he's got a good future there. With that comes the obvious process of WWE building him up so he can have big moments and a meaningful career. Alvarez will make the obvious claims that Je'Von is a star and should be pushed. Which no one will argue and everyone will be like 'yeah hey Alvarez is right.' Here's where the grift comes in. While WWE is taking their time and building him up to make him exactly that, Alvarez will take every moment along that way where they haven't yet already put the belt on him or pushed him to the top yet to undermine NXT or WWE or whoever and fly off the handle over it and those same people will be like 'yeah hey Alvarez is right' and he can paint them out to look incompetent
Every shitfit and tantrum this guy has thrown could just as easily be applied to Kyle Fletcher for example over in AEW. Someone they're clearly setting up for a top spot but are taking their time to build up. But instead they'll jerk off his heatless bangers because we all know whose pocket these guys are in
