As much as they try to hype up someone like IYO, Tiff or Steph as having good matches and being good in the ring WWE and the fans largely don't actually give a shit about anything that happens in the ring in WWE. They care about look a lot more. it's Why Liv was super popular without wrestling and why Liv, Rhea, Alexa, Kairi, Jade and Asuka (though Asuka is better than those other girls in the ring) are all super popular
