Jade Cargill probably don't have a choice but to reluctantly go along and sleep with Hunter just to even get a push and risk cheating on that former MLB Reds player Brandon Phillips.
Remember, in Triple H's WWE, only serial cheaters and prostitutes (ie: Rhea, Chelsea, Vaquer, Liv etc) get pushed to the moon while happily married women that are loyal and faithful to their husbands (ie: Bianca, Lyra etc) never get any big push nor the TV time.
Becky, Charlotte and Bayley have long running WWE tenures, so they're exempt from having to sleep with the boss to get big pushes, but even then, Bayley got cosmetic enhancements just for scraps of TV screen time.
