>>19489812The story goes, that Brock and Seth had their match mapped out (this was at Battleground 2015, during Seth's first run after his cash-in), but then Vince kayfabe'd them and/or changed his mind and only told them right before the show that Taker was returning at the end of the match, so Brock basically told Seth "sorry kid, we're only doing bare minimum, no one will remember the match, they'll only talk about the aftermath", which pissed Seth off.
Four years later they're working at WM35, Seth brings a six pack to Brock's locker room as a thank you brother, and Brock invites him to have a beer with him. I think at that point Seth just wasn't as much of a mark anymore, because in the same interview (it's with Austin), he says that he also always pushes back on Vince and that that's what you have to do.
tl;dr: contrary to what this board wants people to believe, Seth isn't a mark bitch like Deanetty
