Even if TKO are telling him what to do his execution of it is terrible. He never tried to explain why Cena would tap out, they could have had Gunther come out and say he will break his neck so he can't act if he doesn't tap out or some shit but they just didn't bother.

WWE has always had a stable foundation so HHH is the kind of guy who knows how to navigate that foundation with the downside that he takes no risk or tries to make wrestling better. He just has math and spreadsheet guys programming the show based on the money coming in.

AEW is submerged underwater. It need the opposite of a HHH in charge of it and Tony isn't that at all. He is a kid playing with his toys only caring about what he wants. Maybe you could consider that a dream come true but it's shit for growing AEW.

If AEW was ran by HHH it would be just as bad as it is now maybe slightly better. If Tony Khan ran WWE that's a tough one. If he had full control with no checks he might destroy the company.

I dont watch AEW very often, but the handfull of shows I’ve watched this year have been pretty entertaining. I just cringe at the gore/snuff stuff they do. A guy getting his ear fucked up with a fork is just not good professional wrestling. All that being said, there no way Tony could have done anything worse than this years Mania build. Especially coming off of how great it was last year
