There's not much proof for the Riho dating Kenny. I honestly think it's her horrendous booking by Tony Khan on AEW that made her depressed. She hasn't appeared on AEW TV for over a year.

She is wrestling in Japan again, but it seems like she only does it occasionally and it isn't a regular thing.
