This part. Still pisses me off how much WWE threw away just for it to not even end up breaking any sort of actual record. Drew should've had that moment. Don't even get me started on Edge at that Mania. It gets me legit heated. Sami could've been a new star for the company. So many people who should have beaten him and would've had career-defining moments out of it. Even if they lost it back to him a month or a week or a day later. They could've had those moments. Instead they were just made meaningless statistics

I get what you're saying but there was enough time between WM37 (April 2021), Clash (September 2022), and WM39 (April 2023) for each of those to have been able to be meaningful. Even if it was just one or two of them

Fuck that. He had every right to be pissed. It's not like it was just some random ppv. They sold that off of his entire career history and family and hometown and then made it a huge middle finger to him.
