Yes. Hulk was an old fart and already had pre existing health problems. Tony has been KWABing all year. Even in December he was a joke saying that MSG big legaued him. He was already the winner but if somehow the WBD deal closes within the next few days it's not even debatable.

Tony is a meme, Paul though has somehow turned a white hot product into shit, he's snatched defeat from the jaws of victory again and again this year by having nonsensical moments with no payoff and moving other parts of the story at a laughably glacial pace.
